– Through his affiliate, OG Gallery, Creatd released his third NFT art article, featuring photographs of the legendary pop icon, Madonna.

NEW YORK, December 7, 2021 / PRNewswire / – Creatd, Inc. (Nasdaq CM: CRTD) (“Creatd” or the “Company”), the parent company of OG Gallery, today announced its third non-fungible token art repository ( NFT), including photographs of the Madonna (Madonna Louise Ciccone) which were first published by Bob guccione in September 1987.

Creatd announces third NFT drop: Madonna’s photographs

Photographs featured in the company’s third NFT art offering feature pop icon Madonna posing nude for a photographer Herman Kulkens while she was a dance student at University of Michigan in 1977. Bob guccione bought the pictures in March 1987 of the Herman Kulken estate for $ 45,000, as evidenced by the Settlement Agreement, which is part of the archives of the OG Collection.

One-of-a-kind NFTs are auctioned by the OG Gallery through the OpenSea platform. The auction started today at 4:00 p.m. EST and will end in seven days. Each NFT was listed at a starting bid of 0.025 wETH, or approximately $ 100, without reservation.

To view the newly listed NFTs, available now for bidding, please visit the OG gallery website.

In conjunction with the company’s previous NFT drop, she launched a public poll to determine which genre would be most interesting for subsequent releases. The results revealed that around 57% of those polled preferred celebrity-focused NFTs, 22% voted to see an NFT featuring Penthouse Pets. Science fiction art was the favorite among 16% of respondents, and illustrations from the OG collection among the remaining 5% of voters. The Company will continue to communicate with its audience as it finalizes its NFT list for 2022.

Commented the founder and co-CEO of Creatd Jeremy Frommer, “These photos are as remarkable today as they were in 1987, and continue to spark conversation about the limits of art and censorship.”

“This drop is particularly important to me, as I have always been a huge Madonna fan. 1984’s Like a virgin was a flagship album of my youth, as for many. With this drop, we have decided to open auctions primarily at the cost of typing NFTs and associated transaction fees – 0.025 wETH, or around $ 100 USD, thereby lowering the barrier to entry for participation in the auction. “
