“This new facility increases our ability to enhance our commitment to vertical integration and expand our product offering lines for both sale and rental, particularly our custom and multi-story products.” Says Lori Whittington, vice president and general manager of Class Leasing.

“Coupled with our aggressive growth and increased market share, this investment gives us the opportunity to modernize and streamline the production process, all designed to improve quality and responsiveness to growing customer demand. . Class Leasing serves public school districts, universities, community college districts, charter and private schools, and public works projects throughout California, and Schoolhouse Manufacturing will meet their needs for one- or many floors. Included are permanent and relocatable uses of all types: temporary transitional space for school site upgrades, enrollment growth, administrative office space, washrooms, specialized classrooms, and nursing/isolation facilities.

Schoolhouse Manufacturing includes a new 60,000 square foot state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, with increased throughput capacity to meet growing customer demand, and a new 6,480 square foot office building. Class Leasing’s new facility has the capacity to supply over 10,000 square feet per week of finished space.
