The prize pack, worth more than $ 600,000, includes the newly built house, fully furnished and $ 50,000 by LendingTree. Eligible participants can participate twice daily in HGTV.com/Urban, where they can also find additional details about the raffle and official rules.
The comfortable chalet is located in Indianapolis, IN, a lively city in the heart of United States, known for its Midwestern hospitality and its culinary and cultural offerings. The three-bedroom home features two and a half baths and plenty of outdoor entertaining areas, including a beautifully landscaped backyard with a covered porch and an outdoor dining area. The 1980s-inspired design incorporates blush and mauve tones with decade nods throughout the home.
The expansive kitchen includes counter space for dining as well as new, state-of-the-art appliances and a full dining area off the kitchen. Opposite the kitchen is the living room with stylish furniture and a beautiful brick fireplace. Down the hallway from the living room is the master bedroom, which incorporates neutral tones and grays to create a relaxing oasis with a large en-suite bathroom with natural light and a unique art gallery above the tub. The house has two guest bedrooms, each with its own design and color scheme, with a guest bedroom also serving as a versatile office. The house has excellent exterior features including a furnished garage which is perfect for a Indianapolis-inspired garage party.
The house was built by local builder Bespoke Construction with an interior design of Brian Patrick Flynn.
